Half Chaddi RSS is creator of BJP . This time Half Chaddi RSS was more active during Bihar Assembly Elections rather than BJP . BJP and Modi thought Development Slogan may fetch them victory but RSS was not sure . So RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat raised cheap issues like Reservation Review and Cow meat Beef , 3 per cent Brahmins think that Cow is holier than Reservation and people may prefer Cow to Reservation or Kamadal to Mandal but they failed to understand that , they can not fool Native people again and again . Native people rejected Cow and even advocated eating Beef for good health . Even BJP ruled state Hariyana school text books could not hide scientific truth that Beef is number one source of cheap protein . This made holes in RSS half Chaddi chap propaganda taking out air . Result is they lost Bihar election very badly . Modi's diwali crackers gone waste .
