Hindus are energetic and fun loving they need several festivals to use that fun and energy :
Converted Buddhist who were part of Hindu Dharm for centuries before conversion raise eye brows when they see Hindus celebrating several festivals with fun and full of energy . Their argument is that it is wastage of money and time as there is no god associated in such festivals and Hindus are misguided by Brahmins for their own benefit , dan daxina etc. The last argument have some weight and truth . Hindus are misguided and misused by Videshi Brahmin to some extent . But for this we can not say that Hindus should stop celebrating Hindu festivals altogether . This is not possible and advisable also .
Buddhist converts , Non believers in gods should not forget that man is social animal and he is fun loving and energetic also need humor , fun , time pass , entertainment , songs , dance , art and various recreations .Even These Buddhist were very much active in these Hindu festivals before conversion and their participation had made these festivals more live than other Hindus as these people are also fun loving by inborn nature .
Hindus have never taken any god seriously as he never believe firmly that indeed he exists and that is why he was always wandering from one god to other god , this place to that place , this temple to that temple and finally accepting fate if no god comes to his help in dire need . He forgives gods for not helping him in need and takes next chance . In fact he is non believer more than believer. Hindus are man worshiper so are other religion people including Buddhist . Hindu worship Shiva , Ram , Karishna as they were their own Non Brahmin person. When Videshi Brahmins make pooja of Brahmin gods , Hindus laugh and make fun and when arti goes on he even inspect for eye shooting and fun making .
Hindus are very calculative , give small and expect more and many time do not give at all but apply free of cost Shendur as Tila to his head and Raskha Sutra .
As Hindus , we have no objection to Hindus fun fare as long as they do not accept Videshi Brahmin's slavery and remembers that one day he as to liberate his mother land from Videshi Brahmins as even solders in army need meat , wine and fun fare for keeping fit for fight with enemy .
What is then Non Brahmin Hindu Dharm ? . One will ask to us . And our reply is living life with full of life is Hindu Dharm . There fore we have several festivals , holidays , gods , temples , fares and 33 crore which has now reached to 100 crore living gods . Our Satya Hindu Dharm in one word is I am that Chetan Ram , never dead , ever alive ! Look at Dharmatma Kabir's Life . That is the best example of Hindu .
