There was no "first nativist of the world" because "nativism" has two distinct meanings: one in philosophy and psychology .  

In philosophy, the ancient Greek philosopher Plato is considered one of the earliest proponents of nativism for his ideas that some knowledge is innate or inborn .  But that is not Nativism in true sense ! 

In the political sense, false nativism arose in the United States in the 19th century and was championed by various groups white ruling parties who themselves were europiyon origine and not Native of America,  Know-Nothing party. Real Native of America Red Indians were neglected ! 

Philosophical Nativism

Plato Is cited as one of the earliest nativists for the belief that certain knowledge, such as an understanding of "the forms," is innate rather than learned through experience.  But that is only thinking ideas not  physical !

 

Modern philosophers: Later rationalist philosophers like René Descartes also argued for the existence of innate ideas. Innate idea or thinking is not Nativism !

Modern science: Contemporary nativism in psychology and linguistics is supported by research that shows infants have innate abilities, such as language acquisition. 

Political Nativism

Origin: The political movement, which is characterized by opposition to immigration, emerged in the 19th century in the United States but the rulers themselves were not Native themselves ! 

Motivation: It was largely driven by economic and social anxieties caused by large waves of immigration from Europe during the Industrial Revolution.

Key groups: Notable groups included the Order of the Star-Spangled Banner and the Know-Nothing party.

In true sense in India  in 1970 Netivist DD Raut founded NATIVE RULE MOVEMENT  and defined Nativism and Native Hindutva !  Home Rule Movement and Swadeshi of Annie Besant Tilak , Gandhiji  etc were more for Videshi Brahmins benefits than Real Native , Indigenous, Aboriginal , Aadiwashi Mulbhartiy Hindudharmi people  ! Neither Congress nor other ruling parties like Bhartiya Janata Party ( BJP ) , RSS , Shiv Sena or even small  groups like BSP , RPI spoke in support of Nativism ! They accepted Reservation formula based on percentage of even Videshi Eureshiyan Vaidik Brahmindharm people who exploited the Native Hindu people who were of Equality thinking ! 

First time in world Nativist DD Raut said Videshi Eureshiyan Vaidik Brahmindharmi people who are approximately 3 percent in India are enemy of not only Hindu , Hindu Dharm , Hindustan but enemy of whole world as Videshi Vaidik Brahmindharm are Brahminwadi , Varnawadi, Manuwadi , Punjiwadi and Vasaahatwadi and  Enemy of Human ! 

Since 1970 Native Rule Movement is working for Nativism in all respect ! Native Peoples Party, Mulbhartiy Vichar Manch , Casteless Society of India , Mulbhartiy Hindudharm Vishwapeeth etc are the organisation wings which were established for Spreading Thought of Nativist DD Raut , Father of Nativism !
